Whether you're returning to the treatment room after time away, recently licensed and seeking additional hands-on experience, or simply looking to refine your techniques, this accelerated two-day training provides the education, support, and practical experience needed to elevate your skills and confidence. Unlike traditional refresher courses that focus solely on the basics, this program combines essential esthetics fundamentals with advanced treatment training, allowing you to leave with enhanced knowledge and immediately applicable skills. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review our updated booking and cancellation policies: Prepayment Policy: As part of our commitment to providing high-quality services and supporting community initiatives, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. A portion of our sales is donated to causes that align with our mission, making your appointment more than just a service—it’s also a way to give back. Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window will result in the retention of your prepayment. However, the payment may be applied toward a future service. After two no-call/no-show incidents, your ability to book future appointments will be restricted, including for members. Reschedule & Late Arrival Policy: Clients are allowed up to three reschedules or late arrivals before their booking privileges are restricted, including members. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and consultations. Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late will not be serviced. This policy ensures that we can dedicate the appropriate time and attention to delivering the highest-quality service to every client. Late arrivals not only disrupt our carefully planned schedule but also compromise the experience and results we aim to provide. We respect your time and ask that you respect ours by arriving promptly. Membership Restrictions: Membership privileges do not exempt clients from these policies. Repeated late arrivals, reschedules, or no-call/no-shows will result in booking restrictions. We value your time and are committed to providing an exceptional experience.
