Service Description
Class registration closes 7 days prior to class date. Part 1 (Online) MUST be completed before you can take Part 2 (Hands-on/In Person). Cancellation Policy
TRAINING RETAINER & PARTICIPATION POLICY Dolly Monroe Beauty Academy A non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve a seat in any training program. The retainer is earned upon receipt and compensates Dolly Monroe Beauty Academy for reserving instructor time, preparing materials, and holding a limited training seat. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the date of training unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to remit final payment may result in forfeiture of the reserved seat and all payments made. All training payments are non-refundable. Training may be transferred to a future available date with a minimum of seven (7) days written notice. All transfer requests are contingent upon availability and are not guaranteed. Dolly Monroe Beauty Academy reserves the right to approve or deny any transfer request at its sole discretion. Transfer requests submitted within seven (7) days of the scheduled training date will not be approved due to limited seating and instructor scheduling commitments. Failure to attend without proper notice results in forfeiture of all payments. Participants must arrive on time. Arrival more than fifteen (15) minutes late may result in missed instruction or loss of hands-on participation at the discretion of the instructor. No refunds or credits will be issued due to tardiness. This training is for educational purposes only and does not provide licensure. Participants are solely responsible for complying with all applicable state and local regulations. All manuals, materials, techniques, and content provided are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or taught without prior written authorization. Participants are responsible for securing a model when required. Models must arrive on time and properly prepared. If a model fails to appear or arrives late, the participant may be required to observe or work on a mannequin. No refunds or credits will be issued due to model-related issues. Photography and video recording may occur. Enrollment constitutes consent for use of images for marketing and educational purposes. Enrollment and payment of the retainer constitute acceptance of these policies. Dolly Monroe Beauty Academy reserves the right to refuse service, deny enrollment, or decline transfer requests at its discretion.
