Service Description
Waxing Refresher Training: Hard Wax, Soft Wax & Brazilian Waxing Refresh your waxing skills and build confidence with this hands-on waxing refresher training designed for licensed beauty professionals who want to improve their technique, speed, product knowledge, and client experience. This training will cover both hard wax and soft wax, including proper wax selection, application, removal techniques, sanitation, client consultation, contraindications, body positioning, and aftercare recommendations. Students will also receive focused training on Brazilian waxing, including client draping, comfort, safety, professionalism, proper technique, and how to create a smooth experience from consultation to post-care. -This training includes: -Hard wax and soft wax techniques -Brazilian waxing technique and body positioning -Proper sanitation and infection control -Client consultation and contraindications -Wax temperature, consistency, and application -Pre-wax and post-wax care -Troubleshooting common waxing issues -Tips for improving speed, confidence, and client comfort Who This Training Is For: This refresher is ideal for licensed aestheticians, cosmetologists, facial specialists, or waxing professionals who already have basic waxing knowledge but want to sharpen their skills and feel more confident offering waxing services. Certificate of Completion included.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review our updated booking and cancellation policies: Prepayment Policy: As part of our commitment to providing high-quality services and supporting community initiatives, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. A portion of our sales is donated to causes that align with our mission, making your appointment more than just a service—it’s also a way to give back. Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window will result in the retention of your prepayment. However, the payment may be applied toward a future service. After two no-call/no-show incidents, your ability to book future appointments will be restricted, including for members. Reschedule & Late Arrival Policy: Clients are allowed up to three reschedules or late arrivals before their booking privileges are restricted, including members. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and consultations. Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late will not be serviced. This policy ensures that we can dedicate the appropriate time and attention to delivering the highest-quality service to every client. Late arrivals not only disrupt our carefully planned schedule but also compromise the experience and results we aim to provide. We respect your time and ask that you respect ours by arriving promptly. Membership Restrictions: Membership privileges do not exempt clients from these policies. Repeated late arrivals, reschedules, or no-call/no-shows will result in booking restrictions. We value your time and are committed to providing an exceptional experience.
