Cosmetics

Apparel

  • Eligibility: Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Defective or Damaged Items

Holiday Return Policy

For purchases made between November 15th and December 31st, we extend our return window until January 15th of the following year. All other conditions of this policy apply.

Online Course Policy

Thank you for choosing Dolly Monroe for your online educational journey. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the purchase, access, and completion of our online courses. These policies are for online trainings only and not the school to become a licensed in the State of Florida. Please read through carefully before enrolling.

1. Enrollment and Course Access

  • Course Enrollment: By enrolling in any of our online courses, you are agreeing to the terms set forth in this policy.

  • Access to Materials: Upon successful enrollment, you will be granted access to the course materials, which may include videos, readings, assignments, and other resources.

    • Course Duration: Access to the course materials is available for the duration of the course. Once the course is completed, access to materials may be revoked.

2. No Refund Policy for Online Courses

  • Course Transfer: While we do not offer refunds, students who need to transfer to a different course may be eligible to do so within 7 days of enrollment, subject to availability and a transfer fee.
